Changes to SARA registry

Please note that the Species at Risk Public Registry
has undergone some technical changes. You may have noticed that some
URLs have changed (no content has been removed) as well as some minor
functionalities of the various searches.
In addition, the format of emails that you receive as a result of being
a part of this distribution list has changed slightly.
